Dai Wigfield with Cruise Planners helped us plan our trip to Ireland. The trip included three days with a rental car touring on our own, and a five day bus tour with Celtic tours. The accommodations were excellent; our check-in and excursions all went smoothly! The tour driver was incredible! We packed a lot into our 8-day trip and we truly appreciate all the effort and expertise Dai contributed to make this a trip of a lifetime.

Having used Dai Wigfield as our cruise planner, we cannot even imagine doing it again without her help. Our first cruise in years, and she set it up beautifully, answered our questions, picked up the phone every time we called. We enjoyed having someone else handle the details and stay within our budget. It took all the stress out of the planning! I have no complaints. Our agent Jen makes an effort to understand our preferences and gives advice based on that. Nicole was absolutely amazing, true white glove treatment and I have already recommended her to several people. The only reason I didn’t rate the cruise as excellent was that the ship wasn’t the greatest, but that’s on me as I chose and insisted on the ship and had Nicole book it for me. The tours she recommended were outstanding, the car service she set up was excellent, and as someone who never flew Delta before I am so glad that she recommended them. I truly think that excellent isn’t a high enough rating for Nicole, she exceeded all my expectations, professional, knowledgeable, kind, helpful, simply the best travel planner I’ve ever worked with. We recently cruised on Celebrity Cruises via Dai Wigfield for a two week Hawaiian Island relaxing vacation.
Dai was very helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond our expectations! Our ship, The Celebrity Edge was phenomenal with top notch restaurants, flying acrobats, live bands, dancers, magic acts, & comedy shows etc. Fun for all age groups. Steve & I highly recommend booking with her. Sightseeing is beautiful, the aroma of fresh floral leis, and pristine beaches with friendly Hawaiians assisting us. The sunsets are gorgeous too!

It was such a pleasure to work with Dai. She was very helpful through all of our planning. We were fortunate enough to have Dai on our cruise with us. This was our second time on a cruise and so much has changed. We were on the Reflection boat. We went to the Keys and (Perfect Day )Coco Cay.
